Baby soon?

Surely it's happening soon...
I'm 38w now. 
I've been losing my mucous plug for about a week. Had a stretch & sweep 2 days ago - was already 2-3cm dilated. Had bleeding after, including some big globs that seemed like bloody show (sorry if tmi). Bleeding stopped that day and have just been getting thick mucous (plug?) For 2 days since. 
Today have loose stools and feel very crampy, lots of pressure, bit sick. Tired. But no proper contractions (I don't think).
For any mums out there... Does this sound familiar? Or could it still be weeks? Haha

Truthfully losing your mucus plug and dilation does not mean labor is near. My cousin was 4 cm for a week before her son came. She was 5 cm for a while with her third. Those things can mean a baby is coming, but it could still be weeks too. Only contractions or your water breaking for reliable signs.

Well even if it’s weeks, it’s only a couple 🥳
For me with both pregnancies, I had all sorts of symptoms (for weeks with my first and days with my second) but when my active labor starts, I go from 1 cm to 10 within a couple of hrs.
Take warm baths. Try to relax, make sure you have things ready. Get your nails done. When you feel real contractions, start timing them and when the time is right or your water breaks, it’s showtime!

Following! Had my sweep done at 38 weeks, two days ago and had bleeding and even a clot, feelings lots of pressure and feeling extra tired hopefully labor is upon us!
