What counts as day one of cycle for Clomid?

My period started today (Thursday) at 5PM. My doctor said to start Clomid on CD2. Would tomorrow (Friday) be CD2 or would Saturday since it started so late in the day?

I had this so your CD2 would be the direct day after your first heavy bleed, I rang my fertility clinic so much and they said it’s the day after so in your case Friday. Fingers crossed for you what MG are you taking?
