anyone else?
So before bed I always try to calm myself but my anxiety always has me like “will I be okay? Will my baby be okay? I just ate a bowl of cereal, how much sugar was that???? omg is that patch on my skin normal? uhmmm... do I have eggs? Omg I have to make a dentist appointment! water, water, water! Am I drinking enough??” And so on! I can never just fall asleep without 101 things on my mind so I have to put on rain noises on YouTube and think back to when I was a little girl living with my dad in order to fall asleep. My anxiety has been so bad I can barely drive.. should I bring this up to my doctor?
