Allergies and early pregnancy??

Question

Anyone get really bad allergies during early pregnancy? What do you do to relieve them? I have an appointment with my ob in a week and a half but wanted to see if anyone has done anything to relieve their allergies.

I took Zyrtec my whole pregnancy.  It’s safe.  I stopped it after giving birth though because I didn’t want it to affect my milk supply
