Today was my beta for my second transfer and it was not unsuccessful unfortunately.

We have male factor infertility (less than 1mil count, low morphology and low motility)

When getting my egg retrieval I got 28 eggs, 22 mature, 10 fertilized and 4 that became embryos. We did not do genetic testing on our embryos however, both me and my husband got genetic tested done and we are not carriers for anything.

I did a fresh transfer in January with one of my embryos 3AB with assisted hatching.

And once that failed, I decided to keep the momentum and do a frozen transfer, which was last Wednesday. That embryo was a day 6 4AA. I did get some positive pregnancy test 4&5 days past transfer but then the line just went away.

I did everything in my power to make sure this time worked. I took off work for 3 days and relaxed/de-stressed, ate pineapple core, drank pomegranate juice, had bone broth, drank so much water with 1 Gatorade a day.

I feel so lost. And not only do I feel it, but my husband feels even worse. He takes responsibility for this due to his MFI and is completely distraught.

So I have 2 questions:

1. Anyone’s husband have MFI, if so, how do you make him feel better?

2. We’re very conflicted if I should do another FET (I only have 2 embryos left) or should I do another egg retrieval to get more eggs and get them PGT tested before doing another round.
