I'm 20 weeks and everything has seemed fine. My feet started swelling this week but they go down after I prop them up... But this morning I lost probably 75% of vision randomly so checked my BP at work and it was 161/89. It came back down after 30 minutes and my vision came back but was very scary.

Anyone else having this happen or have in the past and had a successful pregnant? 🥺🥺

Edited to add: I did call my Dr right away and since it started going down and back to normal levels she told me to monitor at home for now.
