Long period

Okay so I had my baby boy 11/22/20. I was bleeding for like 2 weeks after I had him & didn’t get my period until February 8-February 18. Literally lasted 10 days & I hated it. It stopped for a day I wasn’t bleeding anymore, then I started spotting & have been spotting some more & now it feels like I’m on my period again. I got my nexplanon right before I got my period too, so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it. But has this happened to any mamas out there?? Is it normal?
