How do these things work? I saw the commercial and looked it up. But I have no idea if they work and if they do, are they able to work well with heavy period? Are they messy? Does the blood spill and such I know now there's a way to take it out.

I'm a pad/full coverage girl myself but I've been thinking of alternatives. Period panties, cups, etc but I don't know what's right for me. This seems nice and fancy but I'd rather ntk try it if it's not going to work at and I'm stuck cleaning a bigger mess than with pads.😂
