Hi guys !

So let me jump straight into it ! I barely get penetration but when I do guys for some reason I always get a little cut on my perineum and I just want to know what could be the cause of it. I had sex last night and it did get a little rough so I’m assuming it’s that but even when being gentle I get them. I’ve been recently doing lots of grounding with myself to feel comfortable during sex and penetration because of past traumas so I think it also has to do with my mindset while I’m having sex because sometimes it feels good and sometimes it just feels like it’s there is something wrong with me ?
