Large baby?!

Question

Went for growth ultrasound at 32.5 weeks. Baby boy is measuring 36 weeks 3 days almost 7lbs.. they said he’s completely healthy just a large baby..
I don’t have gestational diabetes just a big baby.. csection is April 5 but he’ll be here way before that if he keeps this size.. 
Has anyone else dealt with this yet?

I had a friend who measured like you very early on. They induced her at 39 weeks baby was only 6 pounds 😆 They did ultrasounds too. Baby can be -/+2 pounds heavier on the ultrasound

I’m currently dealing with it now.  I’m 30 weeks and he’s measuring ahead he’s already 6lbs.  My due date was April 25.  Now it’s pushed to April 7.  My last baby was over 10lbs, and she was born at 38 weeks.

You’re not alone. My daughter was 8 lbs 10 oz at 40 weeks 6 days (induced), but she was never measuring large on US. 
Baby boy has been consistently measuring 99%ile. I had my recent US and at 32 weeks 3 days he is close to 6 lbs. US are usually 1+/- accurate, but that still makes him bigger. 
My game plan is to be induced at 39 weeks. Since this is my second kiddo, OB office has green-lit this plan if scans continue to be consistent. 
Pushing out my daughter was no walk in the park, and I’m just hoping he’s not bigger when the time comes to evict him 😆

My son was measuring 5 lbs 13 oz at 31 weeks. My c section is scheduled for April 1st, but I can’t imagine going that long.

I’ve been measuring ahead this whole pregnancy too. I had an ultrasound at 32+1 , he was measuring 4lbs 10 oz, 9 days ahead. I haven’t gained much weight. I’ve actually been 195 since October. No GD, they chalked it up to me just having a big baby.

When did you guys get ultrasounds to determine how large baby is I haven’t had one since my anatomy scan at 20 weeks. I’m 34 weeks now But when I go for my biweekly appointment dr tells me baby/ uterus measurement is two weeks bigger than it’s “supposed to be”
