period like cramps?

anyone else experience period like cramps but also feel kinda like a trickle of fluid come out, but then when you wipe/check your pants there's nothing there? i wasn't able to see my OB yesterday so i just brought it up to the nurse and she told me my OB would call me over the weekend...she said it was "interesting" though whatever that means lol and starting this morning i started feeling slight pinching almost in my vagina. i never experienced any of this with my first pregnancy so i'm just wondering if this is what braxton hicks feels like?
