Can I get pregnant right after nexplanon removal ?

Hi guys I was just wondering if it was possible to get pregnant right after having the nexplanon implant removed I had two periods in the month I got it removed I got it removed on February, 8th 2021 but I did have a period like 2 weeks before I got it taken out then I started my period again on February, 1st-8th 2021 and recently I’ve been getting symptoms I just didn’t know if it was possible bc I just got the implant taken out and I had two periods and I did take two pregnancy test 8 dpo and9 dpo and got both negatives so someone plz help idk what to do thank you .
