Okay, so I had taken a break from sex for almost two years until recently. I had sex at the end of November, and again at the end of December. Now, I do have endometriosis, uterine fibroids, & ovarian cysts but my periods, although irregular, still came every month at least. I also had the kyleena iud put in, in 2019.

So I had a cycle in November & December. January, I had a normal one in the beginning & then at the end of the month I was spotting for 10 days. (I did Mark it as a period ) I’m usually always 3-4 days earlier than the app says I Should be and the app is showing me I’m 10 days late. I’ve taken 3 pregnancy tests that were negative and my dr can’t see me for another 2 weeks.

Suggestions? Or thoughts? I want to say it’s stress but nothing new has happened. I have had worse pms/attitude the past few weeks. I’ve had all my period symptoms. A little more intense in some instances and now I hormonally feel like I do when my period is ending.
