Is there anything I can do to conceive twins?

I am hoping to conceive twins is there anything I can eat or take a supplement? Not sure if it runs in either of our families

Nope and please don’t ! My friend took supplements to “help” her conceive twins and it ended up destroying her thyroid and she’s still ttc her first after 2 years ! I feel so bad for her so she really try’s to get the message out to absolutely not use any supplements without talking to your doctor first ! Never start taking medicine without consulting your doctor !

You shouldn’t hope for that. And no, there’s nothing you can take to increase your chances aside from physician prescribed medication (which they won’t give you for that). Multiples can be harmful to each other in the womb, on top of to you. There’s a high risk of complications. It’s also a lot to take on two infants at once. Anyone I know that has twins is stressed out and some are financially strapped.

No, there’s is nothing you can do or take over the counter that would give you twins. Only fertility medication would increase your chances of multiples and even with that it’s not a guarantee you would have twins. Of course there is always a chance your body could release two eggs but chances are not very high.

Nothing you can do really. Fertility medication increases your chances slightly but is only prescribed for those who need it. Otherwise you can try IVF but even then there’s no guarantee, and it’s a lot to o through physically, emotionally and financially just because you want twins. 
Twin pregnancy is also high risk and you’re much more likely to develop certain medical conditions during pregnancy or to have a pre-term birth which can result in lifelong health problems for the baby.
