My period came early last cycle because I ovulated early. So would I ovulate early again?

Apps can’t tell when/or if you are even ovulating the only way to know is text with opk and bbt and cm. if I went by the app I would miss my ovulation by 6 days sometimes

The whole ovulation thing is just genuinely baffling to me anyway. I did the OPK tests this month for the first time and Jesus I thought I was losing it lol. 2 days really dark then bang absolutely nothing 😂

The app is just a guess, it’s a prediction. It does not determine ovulation. You would need to use opks to pinpoint surge and temp to confirm ovulation actually occurred.
