Hello ladies!

My poor baby’s face is breaking out so bad. His cheeks as well as his chin. He is only 1 month old. I don’t know what else to do at this point. I’ve tried hello bellos everything balm, Vaseline, and just getting a warm rag and wiping his face. None worked. Does anyone know what I can do or put on his face? Preferably NATURAL products or NATURAL home remedies. P L E A S E HELP!!😩
