How to help with bad diaper rash?

My 1 year old daughter is literally RAW. I’ve kept cream on her to keep anything from sitting against her skin, especially at night. I’ve tried Burts bees balm, I’ve kept Desitin, A+D, and a prescribed cream from her dr on her at all times and she is still so raw. She poops 3 times a day and it leaves her booty so red. And now her crotch is so raw it’s split open in one spot bleeding. 
What can I do for this poor girl!?
We also just started using water wipes at the advice of her dr.

When my son had a bad rash like that we were prescribed Happy Hiney and a prescription strength antibiotic ointment. We applied the antibiotic ointment and then a layer of the Happy Hiney. A bath with some baking soda to soak in helps also. I would use a warm washcloth to clean instead of wipes till the rash went away.

I recommend changing diapers and going chlorine and scent free , and scent free wipes. Also this is the best brand of butt cream I’ve ever used! Clears up any discomfort in one day!! Boudreaux's butt paste. You can find it at Walmart or Amazon and some dg stores sell it as well. It is some amazing stuff.

Butt paste was a life saver for my son when he’d get a bad diaper rash. I’d also use baby powder (with cornstarch) to help dry the diaper dry but if it’s as bad as you say, I would air dry.

Lots of baths with baking soda. Naked time. I used to put my son in the pack n play to keep the pee (or poop) contained to a smaller area. Diaper rash cream then a layer of aquaphor or Vaseline.

Layer of aquaphor then a thick thick layer of rash cream. Do this with EVERY diaper change. Keep using the water wipes. My daughter had a bad stomach bug and was going 8+ times a day. When we brought her in this is what the dr suggested. Use a diaper cream spatula if you don’t have one, it makes putting the cream on A LOT easier.

What was the prescription? My daughter gets bad topical yeast infections that sound just like this. We use a dab of prescription hydrocortisone cream and then prescription Nystatin and it goes away in a few days
