Serial Symptom Stalker!
I need to chill out and 'let it be' but after 3 years of trying and a miscarriage in January of this year, that feels impossible! I am a serial sympton stalker and all round stress head!
Any tips or tricks on how to stress less about baby making? (I have full time work and Uni so its not a case of needing to occupy myself, i just need to chill?!)
