Not sure about this

I would like to know if any of these look like endometriosis to anyone. I’m not sure and very worried about it. When the first 2 clots came out I did go to OBGYN it was not normal for me to have that. And they did labs and tv ultrasound. They told me it was all normal 🙃. I don’t have pain during intercourse, but I do have pain hours or the day after. Kinda like cramping pains. I have severe low back pain especially when I’m on my period. My periods are usually 3/4 days tops but are very heavy. I’ve never had a pregnancy scare and do not prevent it. I’ve tried multiple times to get pregnant but it always fails. I’m thinking I might be infertile. Supposed to go back to my OBGYN in three months but I just wanted to get some other’s opinion. Thank you in advance. Sorry if the pictures are a little too much! 😞
