does sex lower your heart rate?
i mean, the title is pretty much what i’m asking.
my heart rate is normally super high, and after i just had sex now it’s in the 60s (i’ve been to a cardiologist and my high heart rate is fine, it’s usually 90s-110s).
so, i’m wondering, does sex lower your heart rate? and is that good for you? if it’s not normal, then why is my heart rate so low all of a sudden?
