Motivation ??
I need help with myself, I’m trying so hard to loose some weight last time I weighed myself I was about 170 and before pregnancy I was 153 I wanna get to at least near 153 but it’s so hard
Because I barely have any time for myself, I wanna exercise but I have no motivation to do so, I wanna fix myself up at least but yet no motivation at all. I don’t know how other moms do it. I’m always in sweats and a t shirt and hair up and no makeup. I use to love doing my hair and makeup and straighten my hair but when I let my hair down I don’t feel like myself at all.
