Period not as it usually is. Help!

My period is usually super heavy. Well I started 3 days ago and I was 4 days late normally my 2nd day is my heaviest and it wasn’t. I’m not bleeding heavy at all I had some on the pad and when I wipe and that’s it it’s not filling a pad it’s barely going on it. I’m on day 3 and it’s basically only when I wipe and its bright red. I’m already about done with it and my period normally last 5-6 days! What could be going on😩 it has me nervous
