Is anyone else having this problem?

It’s currently 6 am and I can’t sleep because I am congested with so much mucus in my nose I can’t breathe out of one of them.

Yes! I had this with my first pregnancy too! It’s literally the worst pregnancy symptom to me. So much snot, mucus, and nasal swelling!

Yesssss I live off nasal spray and Zyrtec each pregnancy and I basically sleep sitting up 🤣

Yes! This is so frustrating! I blow my nose and it almost makes it worse. I think I need to start doing the nettipot before bed or in the middle of the night, I’m just so tired I’ve been avoiding it.

Benadryl 25-50mg every 8 hours as needed. Just know it can make you sleepy

I had this even before pregnancy and it was controlled with Nostrilla and Benadryl nightly. Can’t take medicated nose sprays anymore so switched to saline. It’s helpful but not long lasting. I also take Benadryl still every night which helps but is not complete relief for the whole night.
