Yesssss! I ball out of nowhere! This is my second child and the same thing happened after I had my first baby. This second time around I got my placenta encapsulated and boy has that helped so much!!!!

There is a big hormonal dip at day 3 PP so this is very normal, hang in there mama :)

I’ve always had one super emotional day after both of my kids were born. It was always in that 4-6 day window. Luckily after that one day of lots of tears passes I get better.

4 days PP here and pretty emotional. Similar to the 2nd trimester but more irritable this time around which I’m desire so due to equal parts hormones and sleep deprivation.
