Hemorrhoids before delivery

I am 36 weeks and having the worst hemorrhoid pain ever. I am not constipated or straining when I poop. I think its because baby is low putting pressure on my rectum and I stand at work for over 12 hours.

Has anyone had hemorrhoids before delivery and did the hemorrhoid get bigger or worse? I am nervous about having to deliver in 12 days because being induced early for other medical reasons. I'm nervous about pushing and making the hemorrhoid bigger or even tear.

I am using witch hazel pads and doing sitz bath soaks with Epson salt and witch hazel for the pain/relief.
