There isn't anything you DO that causes a MC. Live life as you would normally. A MC is caused by an issue with the fertilized egg - its not viable. As hard as they are, a MC is a good thing because that pregnancy wasn't viable and would have had serious complications had it continued. It's nayires way of eliminating unhealthy pregnancies. So there isn't anything you DO that causes it. So enjoy life. Workout. Have sex. Drink some wine. Dance and just live as if it were any other day. Best of luck hun!!

Agree with all the advice below.
Also, maybe take a more optimistic approach by saying, “what can I do to improve my chances?” 
Some ideas from a mama who’s been trying for a year: 
Eat clean
Workout regularly 
De-stressing (easier said than done, I know lol)
Meditation 
Fun sex 
Drinking wine (I’m read red wine actually can improve fertility, could be wrong, but I’m going with it!)

There isn’t much you can do. The placenta doesn’t fully take over until ten weeks. In the early weeks the embryo survives from a yolk sac so doesn’t really get anything from you. I would think the best thing you could do is to not stress about all the things you need to do or don’t do.

There isn’t things to do or not do. I’ve had 5 miscarriages and with this baby I was going on long long bike rides and hiking in the Rocky Mountains and gym every day. I had no idea as I stopped trying the month before I got pregnant.

Just keep trying? I have had three and medically I am having tests done to me and my spouse. Otherwise we would keep trying and hope one pregnancy works. Its nothing they I can control!
