Neither. You will have to use Opk or BBT to get an accurate estimate. All apps are just guessing and don't actually know anything about your cycle, like the length of your luthealphase. Considering it could be anything from 11-17 days, you can very very easily miss your ovulation day even if you have a 28 day cycle
