Why no cramps this month?

Hi ladies, I always always get cramps every single month that range from mild to painful. I thought I was pregnant this month I got zero cramps and took 2 tests both were negative. Then at work I got my period a day later than usual. Any particular worrisome reason(s) why I didn't get any cramps? I didn't do anything different, I didn't change my diet, my exercise and everything is the same, thanks 😊

I would say thank you to the period gods that you didn’t get it and enjoy the fact that you didn’t lol. Your cycle can vary for any particular reason, unfortunately it’s very sensitive. From lack of sleep, diet, anxiety, masturbation, sex, antibiotics, birth control, basically the wind blowing can affect your cycle. Like you said you’re took tests, you’re not pregnant, and just enjoy when you get a light month horses when you get the period from hell. But unfortunately everything we do everything we consume everything we don’t consume, any stress lack of sleep etc. etc. affects our cycle. Life is a roller coaster. You enjoy The good times and you make it through the hard times. Same thing goes with your cycle be grateful for the the easy days and make it through the hard days.￼

No particular reason you don’t get cramps, it happened to me before but I just enjoyed the fact that I wasn’t in any discomfort
