Pre seed personal lubricant will this help?

Any advice for this? Im trying to conceive, im also taking vitamins. Been trying for 3 months any recommend or advice?🙃

Not if you have enough natural lubrication already. The preseed just doesn’t kill sperm, it doesn’t do anything to help it.

PreSeed mimic fertile cervical mucus so it’s good to use if you don’t produce your own fertile cm. Vitamins (prenatals) will not actually help with conception but it’s good to start a prenatal while your TTC. If you want the best chances at getting pregnant you should use opks to pinpoint your surge and temp to confirm ovulation actually occurred then you can time sex accordingly

I don’t know about the primrose oil thing but Pre Seed is just sperm friendly lubricant.

If you dont typically use lube, pressed isn't going to do anything. All it does is not kill sperm. Be careful with the evening primrose. You cant take that after you ovulate. Just make sure you're taking a prenatal daily and using opks and/or bbt to track and confirm ovulation.

Pressed worked for me only bc I don’t get ewcm like I should. It helps spermy travel better... use it like 15 before sex.

I used preseed when conceiving my second. I was breastfeeding and not producing enough cm on my own so I needed lube. If you don’t need lube then don’t use it. A little goes a long way and it can be messy. I know it is hard waiting each month but aside from fertility medications from a dr there isn’t much you can do besides tracking ovulation and having sex.
