My mom

So my two moms went to the grocery store while I stayed at home and I accidentally fell asleep so they had to stay outside for almost an hour. My my mom came back in she yelled and be and hit my head three times which was unexpected. I don’t really get in serious trouble that much so I didn’t know she would do THAT. Later she just came in my room all normal and said we’re gonna have salmon today. I can’t stop crying and I feel useless and like a burden but at the same time i hate myself for feeling that way because people have been through worse and I know I’m overreacting. I don’t know what to do
