When is the highest chance to conceive ?

Today is my ovulation day and the percentage is 21.2% and yesterday percentage was 32%.. which days is better to try to conceive? I don’t understand how today is my ovulation day but the percentage is lower then yesterday shouldn’t it be the other way around? If I tried to conceive yesterday would it still happen? I took an ovulation test in the morning yesterday and I was ovulating

The day before ovulation is the highest chance to conceive at around 30%. Sperm lives 3-5 days so if you have sex before you ovulate, the sperm are ready and waiting (weird sounding, I know 😂). You chances drop slightly on ovulation day because it’s nearly impossible to pinpoint the exact time of ovulation and eggs only live 24 hours. It’s honestly a miracle anyone gets pregnant with these crazy odds 🤷🏻‍♀️
If you’re using opks, it’s best to try and have sex the day before, the day of, and the day after to cover all your bases. Even two days before ovulation is a pretty high chance! If you’re going off the app, that’s just a guess based on the data you entered. Personally, it was never right for me. Good luck!

The 30-some percentage is the highest. It can definitely happen. Just never a guarantee.

I believe it's because once the egg is released it only lives 12-24 hours after but sperm can hang out and wait for the egg
