No mens after delivery by cs

Hi everyone, so there you go, i gave birth by cs last november and in december i had my period for only 2 days and until today i never had it again. I went to the hospital for other health concerns where I had urine tests which concluded that I am not pregnant. I am anemia, is that why I do not have my period according to you? Since I had a rather difficult delivery, I'm afraid to go to the gynecologist again.
