Anyone from CT or know anything about DMV

Okay so I am in some serious need of help.

I bought a car 03 Ford mustang gt for 5 grand from private party.

So I bought it off a guy from ct same state I am I'm and same state ill be registering it in.

So I have thr bill of sale from him. He was a younger kid an told me it was his uncles car an his uncle gave it to him foe his birthday so anyways he didn't have the registration but he had the title so I thought i was good

Until now when I'm filling out the reg paper from the dmv and I look at the back of the title . He is on the title as the buyer from when he bought it off his uncle. And his uncle is the name on the title and the seller.

Mind you it's also titled in NEW JERSEY NOT CT

So wtf do I do. Do I get a bill of sale from his uncle the titled owner of the car to me . So I can reg it. What about his name on thr back of the title as the buyer I am so confused and I have my apt at thr dmv this week I already have the car insuranced an everything please help.
