I had irregular periods before pregnant was between 25-35day cycles. Currently havent had a cycle under 40 days since giving birth.

I had about 3 days of light reddish brown spotting, woken up at 1am to blood on the bedsheets. Put a pad on and then throughout the day I had no bleeding just spotting. Next day same thing and same thing today.

My usual periods are light spotting 2-3 days heavy flow and then light spotting over the course of 6-7 days total.

Im not sure if I should consider this a period or not?
