(Trigger warning) Hi everyone my name is D’Asia & I’m 23! I’m a walking testimony. I been in 2 DV relationships, my first ex tried to kill me. I jumped out a car to get away from him & spent one night in the hospital due to a brain injury. I ended the relationship, he started stalking me & threaten to kill my family. After running for months I found out he died from cancer. My second relationship, he was also abusive. He cheated, took my money, & done whatever he wanted. One day I was on my way to work & got into a traumatic car accident. I broke my thigh, ribs, bruised my spleen, & lungs had collapsed. Spent 6 days & 5 nights in the hospital. My ex moved his baby mama inside my house. He packed up all my clothes & left them on my grandma porch. When we see signs of DV!! Leave if you can! It’s definitely not worth losing your life! I been through a lot with these men to only be 23, I have learned a lot also. I seen so much at a young age, but the best advice I can give you is keep a close relationship with our Heavenly Father, he will be there when no one else is there. Stay safe & blessed!
