How do I know if Im overfeeding my baby?

Honestly she loves solids. I make sure to breastfeed her an hour before her meals. She eats till she pukes unless I cut her off. How do I estimate what to give her?

She is gaining weight pretty slow. But I think she was weighed wrong at her 6 month appointment.
Im just want to make sure she isnt too full of the wrong things.

When you say she eats till she pukes, can you give a little more info? Like is she spitting up or projectile vomiting, something in between? And as long as she’s getting breast milk or formula before solids than she should be just fine. About how much and of what is she eating to the point of vomiting? Also, how many times would you say you breastfeed through out the day and night if she’s still waking up?

Okay, so my son was eating until he puked too, but then I told my doctor that and it turns out he was puking because he has a super severe egg and dairy allergy and it was his bodies reaction to it. 
Maybe check that?

Mine is the same. He loves solids and will eat until you have nothing left. I figure as long as he is getting formula/breast milk on his normal schedule let him eat. Ours isn’t over weight so nothing to be concerned there. Plus I am hoping he will be one to wean off the breast early since I am pregnant again and know I will dry up soon.
