Yesterday on CD 12 my OPK was negative.

I just got an Ava bracelet (been wearing it at night since CD 2) so it takes my temp for me and when I woke up this morning on CD 13 and synced my bracelet, my BBT had gone from 95.26 the previous night to 95.80. That’s a 0.54 spike in temp, but I didn’t have a positive OPK yesterday or the day before. Not today either.

Could it have been a random spike or may I have ovulated?

I had sex last night anyway, and we will keep having sex the rest of this week just to keep our chances!
