My baby is one month old. I started going out. How do I make sure my supply doesn’t drop? My supply dropped. I was out for 6 hours. Was supposed to bf baby but couldn’t find a a area to (didn’t want to feed her in the bathroom) so I ended up giving her the emergency bottle i had twice in those 6 hours Well now my supply dropped significantly now. Im barely making enough for baby suddenly. What do i do to increase supply again and how do I prevent this in future ?

Update: I can’t nurse wherever because my fil and mil are usually with us and it’s awkward for them because they are not used to the american culture of bf in public. So i need to figure out another option.
