Nightmares during TWW

I had a missed miscarriage back in December. This is our first cycle TTC again and I am currently in the TWW. I’ve had nightmares where I had my period and was bleeding heavily all over. Also where I had a very bloody miscarriage of a fetus. It’s starting to freak me out. I don’t remember having nightmares like these after my miscarriage and now I’m having them. I’m hoping that this isn’t a sign. This TWW is messing with my head, and I know stress doesn’t help.

Has anyone else had nightmares like these during their TWW?
