Spring Valley prenatals
Does anyone have any insight on how good Spring Valley prenatals are? I've been taking them for about 3 years since my husband and I started ttc. I never really questioned them until I read some of the posts on here about different prenatals not being as good as others. Please no judgment, just want some advice/insight please!
Update: someone commented something I did not know, which was to make sure the prenatal contained folate. This prenatal has 1,360 mcg DFE (800 mcg folic acid). Does this make sense to anyone? Is this a good one?
