Breast feeding and c section

So ladies, I gave birth on the 22nd and had to have a emergency c section due to the fact I wasn’t dilating fast enough. My daughter is now seven days old, and she is super super tired, like she literally can go five hours without a feeding and when I do feed her, it’s max for like ten to twenty minutes. I have no idea if this is a norm for her. She just can’t do the three hour intervals to feed. I have an appointment tomorrow with her doctor but I wanted to ask you ladies what your experience is. She seems to have her normal poops and pee diapers so I don’t know if I should be worried or just expect this to be her norm. Also, did any of you who had previously had a c section have a hard time getting pregnant again?? I’m really worried it will affect my fertility. Thank you
