Us/ baby measuring bigger

So the last appointment I had at around 28 weeks my son was measuring in the 94 percentile so they have done more ultrasounds then usual. I have another on the 22nd and I was wondering if any of your babies have measured in the 90s percentiles and how big they were at birth? I’m due April 16th and my stomach is already huge. I don’t know if I will make it that far but I’m very nervous About pushing a big ole baby out or if I’ll have a c section if he’s too big. Somebody help lol
