Csection and coughing
So this is weird but, I’m almost 5 months PP and when I cough my incision site still feels weird. Not painful but like a tightness? I can’t do hard coughs to clear a tickle in my throat. Just small, quiet ones. Is this normal? I don’t have any hernias or Diastasis Recti that I’m aware of.
