icy hot while pregnant???

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and have horrible back pain. Is it OK to use an icy hot patch on my back?

I used icy hot early on but no I don't think it's safe. My back was hurting so bad though and I have in. I was told though that this other one is safer but I'm sorry I forgot the name of it . I think it's tiger balm or something like that

You can use icy hot but only ones that don't contain Methyl Salicylate.

My dr told me it's not safe due to the chemicals on the patch. Try a heating pad and actual ice or a bath with epsom salts
