Sleep regression ?

My baby went from sleeping 1-2 hours a nap to sleeping 30min on the dot! Anyone else!? If you so old hold is your little one and how long did/ is it lasting

30 minute naps aren't uncommon at this age, unfortunately.

My son use to sleep 1.5-2 hours at naps now he’s up every 10-20 mins and I have to get him back down. I’m going with sleep regression and it sucks !!!

If baby wakes up rock them back to sleep . Mine used to sleep 2 hrs for morning nap suddenly started waking up after 30 mins what I do today was I didn’t pick him up straightaway I rocked him back to sleep and he slept again!! Now over an hour he is still sleeping.
