I had a miscarriage last week. I bled for the normal time as my period would. It’s different for sure though. Reminds me of after birth blood ( TMI sorry )

My question is this considered a period? Will I ovulate when I supposed to? I was only 4 weeks 5 days. I’ll be going to the DR tomorrow to get my blood tested. But it was almost down to 0 last week. Is it safe to try again. Also, he put me on progesterone because it was low. I’m assume that’s why the pregnancy didn’t stick. What are ways I can up with without the medication. Should I take it and how long should I wait before trying again. I’ll ask the dr tomorrow. I figured i could get some answers here as I’m really impatient. Lol
