Pain in crotch area lower stomach when moving in bed and getting up???

Question

I’m 33 weeks and been having soreness down there when I switch sides in bed or when I get up. Does this mean baby is head down? This is my first baby so I’m new to this and don’t really know much. I’ve even felt pain on my cervic when he moves and it feels like I’m gonna pee myself or he’s gonna come out. I don’t know if this is normal or not but it’s not to the point of intolerance its just painful and I don’t know if I should be worried.  It didn’t start this until recently couple weeks ago

I have similar pains and it’s normal. If it’s super painful call your doctor. My lower back is always hurting when I switch positions. Lightening crotch is real too.

It’s normal but doesn’t necessarily mean baby is head down. I had those pains with my son and he was breech the entire time. Having them this time around as well and am currently 33 weeks and this baby is also breech.

Same! Every time I move in bed, or get up from the couch, the pain down there is bad. It’s been going on a few weeks now. I don’t think it has to do with position, but my boy is head down .

Not sure if it means baby is head down but it does mean that your ligaments are loosing up/stretching to prepare for birth. I've had major groin and pelvic area pain for the past month or two, but doc says its normal and just your body preparing

I have this too, doctor said its a muscle between your pelvic bones loosening for birth, look up "spd pregnancy" unfortunately dr said nothing to help but taking it easy and baths maybe an icepack🙄

I feel youu!!, i thought it was normal until i had a hemorrhage & nurses couldn't figure out why i had a bleed out, im so thankful baby is fine
