Painful sex?

Why does my lower stomach hurt when I'm on top? And after for a few days I have period like pains in lower back and stomach. Any ideas why this is?

This was the case with. I had pcos and endometriosis. After ovarian drilling and removal of endometriosis, it is NOT painful at all. Ask your doctor!

Sometimes that happens to me too. I found out that I have enlarged blood vessels in my uterus but I found out about that because of something else so if the pain gets really unbearable and you feel comfortable talking to your gyno about it then you should make an appointment with them
