Upper back ache...

Don't know if it's normal but last night I couldn't sleep from this back ache.. It was my upper back.. Around my shoulder blades. I have never felt that pain before.. Well since I've been diagnosed with anxiety I always. Feel these weird aches and pains.. Have any of you experience any of this?? It makes me worrie so much.. I had a tension head she this morning because it too me so long to fall asleep 👎🏼😔😫
