Symptoms come and go early pregnancy?

Question

Did anyone notice their symptoms come and go in weeks 4 and 5 in early pregnancy? Some days I’m exhausted and have breast tenderness. Other days I feel more energetic and barely any tenderness. 
I’m so nervous because I had a chemical a few months ago and am currently 4 weeks.

I feel exactly the same! Today is a tired day but yesterday I managed to stay awake until 8pm (good for me!). I think it is normal since we’re so early, I have read symptoms tend to kick in from 6 weeks. Good luck girls 💪🏼 x
